We developed an AI-driven system that automatically responds to customer reviews on multiple platforms, leveraging advanced AI to analyze feedback and generate suitable responses.

The system excels at identifying negative comments and offerings constructive solutions, such as explaining how to return items or use warranties. This helps marketplace sellers to communicate more effectively with customers and enhance their service quality.

This AI system uses the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach to accurately retrieve relevant information from vast data sources, ensuring a better understanding of each review's context for more personalized responses. We also integrated a Knowledge Graph, which connects data elements like products and FAQs, enhancing analysis and response accuracy.

Our AI solution reduced the response time to reviews to under one minute, achieving an impressive 95% accuracy in response generation. With a high throughput capacity, the system processes up to 1,000 reviews per minute.
