A retail company providing software for automating car dealerships, which helps dealer centers automate document management and invoice issuance. Our team has developed a service for automating the conversion of DMS reports, which is a multifunctional workflow manager. We have successfully implemented invoice issuance and processing functions from car manufacturers into the application, automated the process of handling various dealer incentive programs and discounts, implemented the idea of creating business cards and downloadable tables with payment information history, added the ability to make changes within the dealer's card and also realized the idea of displaying the full transaction history and balance information after invoicing.

KPI\SLAs compliance monitoring
Microsoft requested an automated way of tracking Azure-related KPIs and SLAs for meeting the monthly targets. KPIs were based on Azure logs and multiple other data sources. Before implementing the automation, all reporting was done manually. We created a data pipeline using C# and .NET that processed different data sources, including Azure operations logs, 10Tb of logs per day. Our team used distributed processing via DataStudio and Scope (internal Microsoft tools) to process this amount of data.
