The client approached us with the challenge of alleviating the heavy workload on their hotel administrators. They sought to automate the booking process using cutting-edge AI technologies.

We developed an AI-powered chatbot based on a Large Language Model (LLM) that automates the booking process through WhatsApp, significantly reducing the burden on hotel administrators.

The solution leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) to handle guest inquiries, checks room availability in real-time, generates personalized responses, and automatically completes bookings in the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).

Our implementation achieved an impressive response time of 3-5 seconds for the AI chatbot. The full functionality includes booking, modifying or rescheduling reservations, and ordering additional services.

To enhance the chatbot's capabilities, we integrated advanced technologies like Knowledge Graphs and an agentic AI approach. The Knowledge Graph structures hotel data, allowing the chatbot to efficiently process complex queries. Also, the agentic AI approach enables the chatbot to make autonomous decisions, seamlessly handling diverse booking scenarios.

Overall, our AI solution not only streamlined the booking process but also elevated the guest experience by providing swift and accurate assistance.
