The client's needs were:

• To automate communication between brokers and leads (both cold and warm) on WhatsApp.
• To automate bot communication using a sales script and add functionality for automatically scheduling meetings between a real broker and a client.

Our team developed an advanced WhatsApp bot using OpenAI technology to match clients with luxury real estate properties that meet their specific requirements. The bot efficiently clarifies details and arranges meetings with brokers, significantly enhancing the client experience.

To boost the bot's capabilities, we integrated advanced technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Graphs, LLamaIndex, and an agentic AI approach. These technologies help the bot quickly access and retrieve relevant property information, understand complex client queries, and make autonomous decisions. This ensures accurate responses and seamless handling of various client scenarios.

As a result, the overall conversion rate increased by 22% after implementing the chatbot. The key features include the ability to create multiple assistants for consulting on investment issues and setting up meetings with brokers.
